Refund Policy

Due to the perishable and customized nature of many of our products, refunds are provided only under specific circumstances.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• You receive a damaged or defective product.
• You receive the wrong product.
• Your order is not delivered due to our error.
• Your payment is successfully deducted, but the order is not confirmed.

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team with your order details and supporting photos (if applicable).

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Change of mind after delivery.
• Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
• Recipient unavailable at the delivery address.
• Minor design or color variations in flowers, cakes, or gift packaging.
• Delays caused by weather, traffic, festivals, or circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellation Before Processing

Customers may request to cancel their order before it has been processed or dispatched.

• Orders cancelled before processing are eligible for a full refund.
• Once an order enters processing, preparation, or dispatch, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
• Same-Day Delivery orders are processed quickly and may not be cancellable after confirmation.

Customized Products

Personalized and customized products are specially made according to your requirements.

These include:

Since these products are created specifically for you:

• They cannot be cancelled once production has started.
• They are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Refund Timeline

If your refund request is approved:

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if applicable) may be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

Replacement Policy

We are happy to replace products if:

• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product is damaged during delivery.
• The product is defective or unusable.

Replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery and should include clear photographs of the product.

Replacement approval is subject to verification by our support team.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition:

1. Take clear photographs of the product immediately.
2. Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Share your Order ID, photos, and a brief description of the issue.

After verification, GiftNexa Jaipur will arrange a suitable replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
